On March 14, 2024, the company's board of directors resolved to restructure the investment framework with KoBrite. The resolution regarding KoBrite’s transfer of its equity in Kobrite(TWN) and Bright Crystal(HK) to the company at net book value will remain unchanged. However, KoBrite will continue to hold its equity in Dongguan Kobrite, and the decision to dissolve and liquidate KoBrite has been canceled.
